Cancelation and Deposit Policy: To provide scheduling opportunities for all our guests, and to respect our stylist time, WE REQUIRE a 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be non-refundable and appointment subject to cancelation. In addition to a phone call, we provide texts and e-mail reminders with links to confirm. By providing a deposit when booking, you are agreeing to our policy.
Redo Policy: If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your last visit, and we will be happy to correct the issues at no additional charge. We do not offer full refunds.
