Cancelation and Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required for booking with any of our stylist.
To provide scheduling opportunities for all our guests, and to respect our stylist time,
WE REQUIRE a 72 hours' notice should you need to cancel.
If you do not cancel within 72 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited and appointment subject to cancelation.
Redo Policy:
If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your last visit, and we will be happy to correct the issues at no additional charge.
We do not offer full refunds for any service.
