Each color service will automatically book time for a consultation, toner, and blowdry, which is required for your appointment. Be sure to add a haircut if you also want this service.
During your consultation we will discuss your "hair color goals" and prices, which may or may not reflect the prices based off our Fresha booking website.
Cancelation and Deposit Policy: To provide scheduling opportunities for all our guests, and to respect our stylist time, WE REQUIRE a 72 hours' notice should you need to cancel. If you do not cancel within 72 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be non-refundable and appointment subject to cancelation. In addition to a phone call, we provide texts and e-mail reminders with links to confirm. By providing a deposit when booking, you are agreeing to our policy.
Redo Policy: If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your last visit, and we will be happy to correct the issues at no additional charge. We do not offer full refunds.
